The problem was that I was heading to Afghanistan via Dubai in the Middle East and I had to order from my hotel room in Dubai. The order was delivered to my studio in Vassar, Michigan, my wife delivered it, and the customer was happy. Dubai is over 7,000 miles away and the order went fine from your site. Just wanted to say thanks for your help. I got the 11x14 yesterday and was able to slap the call tag on the dented print's box and run it out to the UPS driver before he left my driveway! You should get it early next week. I'm so happy with this lab! You certainly make my job easier.
